How do I enroll in a course?

Why can I not claim my certificate?

First, make sure all lessons under sections labeled "Required" are complete with a green checkmark.

Sections labeled "optional" will also need to be completed, but can be skipped through. If you are unable to skip questions under sections labeled "optional", please contact [email protected] and let us know about your experience.

After finishing your course, you may view and download your certificate by going to your account and selecting the certificates tab. See the User Guide for more details.

Why does my video not have a playbar or timestamp?

We have removed the video playbar to prevent viewers from skipping to the end of the video without watching it. The playbar will become available after you have watched through the whole video.
